Livora Interior offers professional interior design, renovation, modular furniture, exhibition design, and related services for residential, commercial, and individual clients.

2. Client Details & Documentation

• The client must register the project in their own name and provide valid identity documents (Aadhar / PAN).
• Once the client shares and approves billing details, we do not allow any changes later.
• We generate all invoices strictly according to the client details provided at the time of booking.

3. Scope of Work & Quotation

• We execute all services strictly according to the approved quotation and finalized design scope.
• The quotation value may change based on:
  • Actual site measurements
  • Design or layout modifications
  • Selection of materials or finishes
  • Additional work requested by the client
• We confirm the final Bill of Quantities (BOQ) only after completing site verification and design finalization.

4. Design & Modifications

• We prepare designs, drawings, and layouts based on the client’s requirements and approvals.
• If the client requests any design change after approval, we may apply additional charges.
• If the client cancels any item after completing its design, we still charge for the design work already done.

5. Project Management & Site Coordination

• Livora Interior may assign a Project Coordinator, Site Supervisor, or Designer to manage smooth execution.
• The client should coordinate with:
  • The Project Coordinator for execution and progress updates
  • The Designer for design-related discussions
• We ensure that our team executes all work professionally and in compliance with applicable laws.

6. Payments & Schedule

• We clearly share the payment structure with the client before starting the project.
• The client must make an advance payment to initiate any design or execution work.
• Delayed payments may result in:
  • Delay in project execution
  • Temporary suspension of work
  • Delay in material dispatch

7. Additional Work & Final Billing

• We charge separately for any work beyond the approved BOQ and execute it only after client approval.
• If the final project cost is lower than the estimated amount, we adjust the balance in the final bill.

8. Site Conditions & Client Responsibilities

• The client must ensure that the site remains ready and accessible for execution.
• Livora Interior does not take responsibility for:
  • Delays caused by site restrictions
  • Unavailability of electricity, water, or access
  • Work performed by third-party vendors appointed by the client

9. Staying at Site During Work

• We do not recommend staying at the site during renovation or interior execution.
• If the client chooses to stay on-site:
  • Livora Interior will not be responsible for damage to personal belongings
  • Any delay caused by client interference will not be considered our responsibility

10. Completion, Handover & Snag Work

• We initiate project handover after completing the major scope of work.
• We treat minor pending items or touch-ups as snag work and resolve them within a reasonable time.
• If the client does not complete the formal handover process despite material delivery, we will consider the project handed over.

11. Delays & Force Majeure

Livora Interior will not be liable for delays caused by:

• Client-side delays or late approvals
• Design changes or additional scope
• Natural events, pandemics, or government restrictions
• Power failure, lift issues, or site permissions

12. Material & Finish Variations

• Minor variations in color, texture, grain, or finish are natural and acceptable.
• Differences caused by lighting conditions or material batches do not qualify as defects.

13. Cancellation Policy

• The client must submit cancellation requests in writing.
• Cancellation charges may apply depending on:
  • Project stage
  • Completed design work
  • Ordered or manufactured materials
• We charge for any work already designed or executed.

14. Intellectual Property Rights

• All designs, drawings, layouts, images, and concepts remain the exclusive intellectual property of Livora Interior.
• Unauthorized copying, reuse, or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

15. Client Conduct

• Clients must maintain respectful and professional behavior with our staff, designers, and workers.
• Abusive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior may result in suspension or termination of services.

16. Limitation of Liability

Livora Interior will not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Losses arising from incorrect information provided by the client
• Failures or delays caused by third-party vendors

17. Changes to Terms & Conditions

Livora Interior reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated terms become effective immediately after posting on the website.

18. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions operate under the laws of India, and all disputes fall under the jurisdiction of Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
